At Urban Oasis Market, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.

Because many of our products are made to order or personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer's remorse
• Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To begin a return or replacement request, please email us at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damaged or defective item (if applicable)

Our customer support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

If your request is approved, we will provide complete return instructions, including the appropriate return address if a return is required.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process your return.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@urbanoasismarket.com.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it whenever possible.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our products begin production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be accommodated if production has not yet started.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
