Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are custom-made or produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer's remorse
• Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

If a return is approved, we will provide complete return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

Please do not send items back without first contacting our customer support team, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
